Oreo Peanut Butter Truffles

oreo trufflesThe name of these delicious little balls says it all: Oreo Peanut Butter Truffles. In short, they are an amazing combination of all three delicious flavors rolled up into perfect little balls of pure bliss.

I came across the recipe on Shugary Sweets and haven't stopped thinking about them since. I love how they look on the orange pumpkin plate she has them on -- perfect for Halloween or Thanksgiving. Plus, they're quick and easy to make -- there's no cooking involved other than melting the candy coating.

Oreo Peanut Butter Truffles

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Nutella
11 oz. white chocolate morsels, melted
2 cup powdered sugar
30 Oreos, crushed
1 1/2 lb. white chocolate candy coating, melted

In mixer, blend cream cheese with peanut butter, Nutella, melted white chocolate morsels, and powdered sugar. Add in crushed Oreos.

Using hands (mixture will be crumbly), roll into 1-inch balls. Place all the balls on a cookie sheet, and freeze for 1 hour.

Using a toothpick, dip each truffle into melted white candy coating. Allow excess to drip off, and place on cookie sheet to set (about 15 minutes). Enjoy!
