Peanut Butter Blossoms will always take me back to grade school. And not in an Oh-my-God-I-just-got-in-trouble-for-passing-a-note kind of way. In an utterly warm, satisfying, and comforting way. Nothing beats opening your lunch sack and finding a crunchy peanut butter cookie with a sweet chocolate kiss on top. Except maybe finding two.
They don't take long to make. They don't take long to clean. They're always a crowd-pleaser.
They're Peanut Butter Blossom cookies.
