Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshakes

I know what you're thinking: "Great, there goes my diet." But Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshakes are worth the splurge. And a little treat now and then won't completely derail you, now will it? This thick, drinkable dessert combines everything you could ever want in a sweet fix -- fresh strawberries, creamy ice cream, rich cheesecake flavor (from the cream cheese and graham cracker crumbs). You'll find it forgivable, of course, if you need both a straw and a spoon to get to the bottom.

Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshakes adapted from Mr. Food

  • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries, plus 4 additional whole strawberries for garnish
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 whole graham crackers, crushed
  • Whipped cream (optional)

1. Combine ice cream, sliced strawberries, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla in blender. Pulse until well-blended, added more milk if it's too thick.

2. Pour blended ice cream into four glasses.

3. Garnish with whole strawberries, graham crackers crumbles, and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
