Oven Fries With Garlic & Parmesan
1. Toss potato wedges with oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Spread in a roasting pan or baking sheet and roast for 35 to 50 minutes at 400 degrees, tossing occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
3. Remove from oven. Immediately toss with Parmesan cheese.
