Oven Fries With Garlic & Parmesan

Garlic and Parmesan cheese really amp up the flavor in this simple recipe for Oven Fries. You could even substitute sweet potatoes for regular Russets. Oven Fries With Garlic & Parmesan


  • 4 potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch or 1/4-inch wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


1. Toss potato wedges with oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Spread in a roasting pan or baking sheet and roast for 35 to 50 minutes at 400 degrees, tossing occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.

3. Remove from oven. Immediately toss with Parmesan cheese.
