white sangriaBethenny Frankel started a trend with her Skinnygirl Margaritas, and now, the other Real Housewives must have one of their own as well, of course. Following the philosophy of do what you love, Ramona Singer has created her own pinot grigio.

She recently launched a newsletter and has been including some recipes in it that use pinot grigio. One that caught my eye was a pinot grigio sangria. It's light and refreshing -- a great summer drink. You can use any pinot grigio, but if you use hers, it's a great conversation starter at parties.

1 bottle of Ramona Pinot Grigio

1/3 cup of sugar to taste sugar

3 oranges sliced

1 lemon sliced

1 lime sliced

½ a liter of ginger ale or club soda

Pour the pinot grigio into the pitcher and squeeze all the juice wedges from the fruit into the wine.

Then toss in the fruit wedges (try to avoid the seeds!!) and then add the sugar.

Feel free to add any berries you love into the mix as well!

Let it chill over night and then add the ginger ale or club soda just before serving.
