It may be just me but I find eating out of eggshells to be unappealing! I like the sparkler idea, though, and an easy hollondaise sauce is always great!
I agree with the PP- no eggshells for me please! I'd love to try some of these recipies, but some of them I can't do as they contain foods I don't eat. Like Ham.
I think the only recipe that interests me is the grapefruit sparkler, which sounds divine.
We dont really do brunch....

We make our ham with a coke poured over top of it. I would have to say that deviled eggs are my fave Easter brunch food.

That maple glazed ham sure sounds good. We usually go out for brunch so we'll do steak and eggs or prime rib. That is our favorite :)
