Pot roast is such a classic, go-to American dish -- everyone has their own signature way of making it. This version couldn't be simpler. Just combine a few ingredients in the Crock-Pot, then slow-cook it all day long. You can even throw in some potatoes, carrots, or mushrooms near the end of the cooking time for a complete meal. It's the ultimate comfort food for the end of winter!
