Is there anything cuter than Cookie Monster cupcakes (from Penguin says Feed Me!)?

Between the googly eyes and the cookie stuffed in his mouth, these adorable cupcakes have me smiling ear to ear.

The blue "fur" is dessicated coconut dyed with blue food coloring; and the eyes are white chocolate melts with dark chocolate chips. Click the link above for the recipe.

And, if you wanted to get really crazy, you could tweak the decorations a bit and make Elmo. Cute, right?
