Many brides insist they don't want a wedding cake -- opting for alternatives like dessert tables, cookie buffets, and coffee bars.

This tower of Oreos is one of the most untraditional ideas yet ...

... but also a whole lot of fun. It looks like a cake but clearly is anything but. Can you imagine guests grabbing from the top and sides then twisting off the tops and licking out the middles?

Just be sure to serve plenty of cold milk!
