Every Friday in our "What's in My Fridge" feature, we'll be chatting with a different food blogger, asking them about their favorite foods and what's in their fridge.

This week, I interviewed Cheryl Dunkin of Cooking Dunkin Style. This food blogger and stay-at-home-dog-mommy lives in Portland with her hubby and Boston Terrier. Find out why she has not one but two fridges, a separate drawer dedicated to her father-in-law, and what live item she wishes was crawling around in her fridge.

Tell me about your blog?

I try to focus on being informative and fun. I'll try to cook anything once and let you know what I really think. My recipes go from very easy to a bit complicated and everything in between.

What's in your fridge right now?

First, you didn't ask which one; I stock two for entertaining. My "in the house fridge" has fresh fruit and lots of it, plus various leftovers, milk products, and vegetables. My "garage fridge" has nearly everything I need to cook Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, and Mexican at a moment's notice. I haunt the "ethnic ingredient" aisle at the local markets. I also store all my beverages in that fridge. Also, it is berry season here in Oregon, and I plan to eat my weight in berries before the summer is over. And I am a condiment collector!

What must you always have in your fridge and can't live without?

Cheese, I am part mouse I think. I love cheese and eat it daily. I always have the basics -- cheddar and Swiss. In addition, I love goat cheese, especially Oregon local goat cheese. In fact I recently found one that made me swoon!

What is the weirdest thing in there?

Tahini. There are probably not many people who have fresh Tahini in their fridge -- no one I know anyway!

What's the most embarrassing thing in there?

It is a toss-up between Velveeta and a leftover rotisserie chicken. I was cheating with both of those items!

What's your guilty pleasure food-wise?

Anything cooked in my Fry Baby ... well except for weird stuff like Twinkies and bacon. My poor dad only knew one way to cook and that was to fry it, so I grew up eating lots of fried food. Didn't everyone have a Fry Daddy?

What do you wish was in there?

Live Maine lobster. They are yummy and normally I would not have access to them or the funds to purchase them!

Where is your fave place to shop?

I'm an equal opportunity shopper -- so whoever has the most items I need on sale. I do try to buy meat products from New Seasons as I can buy local and organic.

Favorite part of the fridge?

My fridge has French doors and I love the bottom deli drawer; it's the entire width of the fridge, and I put all sorts of things in there.

Anything weird or interesting you want to tell us about your fridge?

I have a special drawer in my garage fridge for my father-in-law and I keep it stocked with his favorites: Coke, V8, and Cherry 7UP.

What are you up to now?

In the process of a. making a cake, and b. making cheddar beer bread, all while Facebooking and keeping the puppy out of trouble.
