Hummus and More Hummus -- What We're Eating This Week

An recent New York Times article reported that Americans are eating more hummus than ever before (although they prefer the flavored varieties). Without further ado, here are some recipes featuring our favorite blended chickpea spread:

  • Black Bean Roasted Poblano Hummus surely qualifies as one of those so-called flavored varieties. It's roasty; it's spicy. I can't wait to give this one a try. -- Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef
