I absolutely love all things vintage, but how often do you see vintage items combined with kids' birthday parties? Inspired by the classic Dick and Jane storybooks, Lindsey from Bella Grace Party Designs created a party for birthday boy Finn that provided entertainment for the kids as well as nostalgia for the adults.

The table setting was filled with toys that Lindsey found in Target's vintage toy section, though I imagine if you look around at your local thrift shops and garage sales, you could find some of these treasures as well (maybe even for cheaper!).

To show off the party's inspiration, she hung Dick and Jane matted book pages that were purchased online at TagNwag Books.

The table was filled with old-school favorites like Slinkies, sock monkeys, and jacks.

She also had adorable label designs customized for the snack cups and drinks from her partner shop, Paper and Pigtails.

Lindsey created a dessert table that was themed, but also affordable, and what's more old-fashioned (and easier) than good ol' cookies and milk?

Guests filled their goodie bags with candy that has been favorites for generations, such as Tootsie Rolls and jelly beans.

Looks like little Finn had quite the birthday.
