This Blackest Forest Gateau is truly a work of art. I can't stop looking at it and imagining just how amazing it'd taste!
The cake has four layers of black chocolate cake each coated in dark chocolate ganache and dark cherry filling. The whole thing is iced with airy mascarpone whipped cream.
