There are a million different ways to spice these babies up for breakfast.
Serve 'em alongside a healthy omelet or some sweet French toast. Go Spanish and add chorizo. Or let your French side come out with some herbes de Provence.
Start off with this base and get creative tossing in your fave items:
- Heat skillet on high with a slab of butter. Add potatoes and onion slices or scallions and brown 5 minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
- Since your potatoes were already boiled and baked, they may fall apart when your stir them. That's okay -- the little broken bits will get caramelized and crunchy ... yum!
- For the last 2 to 3 minutes, toss in your fave items like herbs, rosemary, chorizo, cayenne pepper ... have fun!
