Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is coming out with a cookbook called Skinny Italian on May 4 -- which just goes to show that all you have to these days to be considered an authority on cooking is 1) flip over tables when angry and 2) talk about "bubbies."

But Giudice isn't the only celebrity whose authored a cookbook. Check out these odd celebrity cookbooks and cook from them -- if you dare!

1. Dolly Parton

Love, love Dolly. But would I ever buy Dolly's Dixie Fixin's: Love, Laughter and Lots of Good Food from My Tennesse Kitchen? Not a chance. Dolly should be singing country -- not telling us how to eat country.

2. Ted Nugent

Your cookbook collection will not be complete until you own Nugent's Kill It and Grill It: A Guide to Preparing and Cooking Wild Game and Fish -- the cover of which features him in a sleeveless denim shirt cradling a rifle.

3. Robin Leach

If you've ever wondered what Wheel of Fortune co-host Vanna White cooks for dinner, then Robin Leach's Healthy Lifestyles Cookbook: Menus and Recipes from the Rich, Famous, and Fascinating is for you. And if you haven't, consider yourself normal.

5. Miss Piggy

If I dwell on the fact that a muppet has a cookbook out -- In the Kitchen With Miss Piggy -- and I don't, I get depressed. Moving along ...

6. Tony Danza

Of all the celeb cookbooks, Don't Fill Up On the Antipasto: Tony Danza's Father-Son Cookbook, is the one I'd be most likely to buy. After all, wasn't he always cooking on Who's the Boss?

Do you have any celebrity cookbooks?
