Thanks to unusually low prices on strawberries, I've been enjoying them for breakfast almost every morning. Here are two healthy ways to eat them -- in smoothies and yogurt parfaits. Both receips you can make in a flash!
Strawberry Yogurt Parfait
Low-fat, low-sugar granola
Layer strawberries, yogurt, and granola in a glass container, drizzling honey in between layers.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup non-fat milk (or more if too thick)
2 tablespoons honey
Lime juice (optional)
Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.
