Friday's Happy Hour: Cadbury Caramel Cream Martini

If you took a little slice of heaven, shook it in a martini shaker, and poured, you would get this:

A Cadbury Caramel Cream Martini.


Kate from Grin and Bake It concocted this recipe for Easter happiness (though perfectly enjoyed year-round):

3 oz. vanilla vodka

1.5 oz. creme de cacao

1.5 oz. white chocolate liqueur

1 oz. caramel liqueur

splash of cream

Rim martini glass with caramel or fudge sauce and sprinkle Heath bar bits. Swirl chocolate syrup inside the martini glass and chill. Combine vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, white chocolate liqueur, caramel liqueur, and cream into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour.

I don't even want to know the calorie count for this drink ... it would be comparable to finding out the Easter bunny wasn't real. So I'm just going to play dumb and sip. Mmm, delish.
