Hot roast beef sandwiches on fresh, crusty rolls are an easy one pot meal. Just throw your roast in the crock pot, and leave it to slow cook all day. And, the leftovers make for a great lunch the next day!
French Dip Sandwiches
2 cans French onion soup
Rolls or hamburger buns
Sliced cheese -- Swiss, Provolone, Mozzarella, etc. (optional)
Place roast in the crock pot and cover with soup. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until roast is cooked through and very tender. Slice roast thin or shred and layer on rolls/buns. (Optional step: Melt cheese over top in the broiler.) Serve with a side of leftover soup for dipping.
