I can't imagine that there are many acting roles more intimidating than the job of portraying one of the most recognizable women the world has ever known, particularly when said woman would have only been 52 this year had she lived. It's no wonder Naomi Watts says she nearly turned down the starring role in the upcoming Diana biopic, and now she's facing the next big gauntlet in terms of public reaction to her performance as the late Diana, Princess Of Wales, because the first official teaser trailer has hit the web.

I almost didn't want to watch the clip, I was so worried about whether or not Watts was right for the role. But it's a hell of a trailer -- and it cleverly bypasses some of the resistance to seeing a famous Hollywood actress playing such an iconic figure.

Due to the record-breaking success of The Lord of the Rings movie franchise, Hollywood hot shots seemed to think it was a brilliant idea to split a relatively short children's book, The Hobbit, a prequel to LOTR, into three rather lengthy films. The first in the series, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, was the fourth highest grossing film of 2012, so to all of us complainers about splitting the book into three movies ... well, they're laughing at us all the way to the bank. The second film, The Desolation of Smaug, is coming out December 13, and fans of the series get to enjoy a newly released trailer.

The two-minute trailer brings us right back to Middle-earth, with lots of action, creepy creatures, wide, epic landscapes, and lots of shots of a group walking. But still, you can't help but think that author J.R.R. Tolkien might be grumbling in his grave a little bit -- and not just about that whole frames per second controversy that surrounded the first film's release.

Noooooooo ... this Sunday marks the final episode of season 3 of Game of Thrones. Noooooooo, I say. Hodor, as Hodor would say. After the amazing "The Rains of Castamere" episode last Sunday, "Mhysa" has a lot to wrap up. It's just way too soon to start the countdown for season 4. This can't be happening. Someone hold me.

It's been a phenomenal season, but seeing as A Storm of Swords will be broken up into two, we might not be getting a whole lot of closure. But let's hope we at least get a glimpse of all of our favorite characters, from Tyrion to Daenerys to Jon Snow to Jaime Lannister to ... I guess I can't complain that this series has too many characters after the Red Wedding last week, eh?

Beware if you haven't read A Storm of Swords and want to know nothing about episode 10. The Internet is dark and full of spoilers. They are ahead.

Did you see the 2010 horror movie Insidious? Brought to you by the diabolical folks behind Saw and Paranormal Activity, Insidious racked up some decent reviews for its haunted-family thrills and chills, including the praise that while it may not necessarily have delivered the most unique storyline in the horrorverse, "it succeeds as a shock-a-minute fright fest with plenty of atmosphere and dread," and that the film could in fact be summed up with the following three words: "SCARY AS HELL." (IGN)

Insidious reportedly cost less than $2 million, but pulled down an impressive $84 million total in international sales, so it's not particularly surprising to hear a sequel is on its way to the big screen. A two-and-a-half minute trailer for Insidious: Chapter 2 just made its debut online, and I have to say -- it's creepy. It's REALLY creepy.

Can you believe it's finally here? Episode 9 of Game of Thrones, "The Rains of Castamere," is reportedly going to feature the Red Wedding, one of the craziest, OMFG, did that just happen moments in A Storm of Swords. Decisions from as far back as season 1 come to a head in an explosive, violent, ridiculous climax, and if you don't know what's coming (were you able to avoid the Internet for all this time?), please do not spoil it for yourself until June 2!

As with last season's "Blackwater," it seems that episode 9 is going to be the one to tune in to, while the final episode of season 3 (NO!!) will focus on the fallout from all the action. If "The Rains of Castamere" is as good as "Blackwater" -- well, this is why fans are so obsessed with this series!

All right, yes, the book has been out for years, but for you Game of Thrones non-readers, there are MASSIVE SPOILERS AHEAD. SPOILERS AHEAD. CAN I MAKE THESE LETTERS ANY LARGER?

Some of you just can't see it, but I think Henry Cavill is one of the hottest-looking men in existence right about now. I've sadly felt this way ever since 2002, when he played Albert Mondego in The Count of Monte Cristo, and now he's going to become a household name playing Superman in Man of Steel. To hype up the upcoming June 14 release date, Henry gorgeously graces the cover of Details magazine and opens up in the sweetest, most endearing way.

Cavill -- which "rhymes with travel," he says -- admitted that he had issues of his own growing up. "I was fat," he confesses. "I was Fat Cavill." Aww, poor kid! Then, while at boarding school, he felt extremely homesick. "I bawled on the phone to my mom four times a day," he says. "I became an easy target."

Amazing how this once-bullied man grew up to become Superman, huh? All of this makes him so much more human and lovable. Which, of course, inevitably leads to ...

Well what a beautiful morning it is. Arrested Development Season 4 is here! Seven years after FOX cancelled the show, the series is back, streaming on Netflix. Hello, brave new world. I just watched the first episode, and I'm already hooked -- yet again.

You may be wondering -- after all these years, is it still the same show? Is it as funny? Where did we even leave off with the Bluth family? And does everyone look... you know, older?

OMG YOU GUYS. We all need to gather 'round and hold each other. For there will be no new Game of Thrones episode this Sunday, thanks to the holiday weekend, when everybody should be out barbecuing and hanging out with friends instead being of holed up inside in the living room tuning in to a geeky, disturbing fantasy series. But seeing as the next episode, "The Rains of Castamere," is promising to be one of the craziest and dramatic episodes ever -- yeah, I'll take the living room, please!

"The Rains of Castamere" is reportedly going to reveal the much-hyped-up Red Wedding, and fans who have read A Storm of Swords know about the ridiculous twists that are about to go down. If you thought the season-defining moments with Jaime Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen, and Jon Snow were amazing -- well, needless to say, June 2 is going to be a night all Game of Thrones fans will remember.

Darn you HBO producers for having us wait a whole extra week before this episode! Darn you to heck.

After you watch the trailer for Don Jon, which tells the tale of a man who's addicted to pornography, you're most likely not going to believe that the main character is played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. This is the same kid who was in 3rd Rock From the Sun and 10 Things I Hate About You? Inconceivable. Now he's buffing up, rocking a New Jersey accent, and seducing the incredibly gorgeous, girl-crush-worthy Scarlett Johansson in this latest flick that he both wrote and directed.

My, my, how times have changed.

As Jon Martello, aka Don Jon, says, "There's only a few things I really care about in life. My body, my pad, my ride, my family, my church, my boys, my girls, my porn."

Amen to that, I guess? Yeah. You know you have to watch it now.

You're not going to believe what I'm going to say next. You just won't. There are only THREE episodes left in what's been a badass third season of Game of Thrones. We've seen some major moments for Daenerys Targaryen, Jaime Lannister, and Jon Snow, and fans are hoping that the season is going to end on a ridiculously high (yet most likely tragic) note.

On Sunday, "Second Sons" is the leadup to what's going to be one of the craziest episodes ever ("The Rains of Castamere") -- or so readers of A Storm of Swords think. So, what the heck, might as well speculate what we're going to see in "Second Sons," and try to figure out what exactly the title is referring to. This is what Sunday is for, after all. Game of Thrones.

SPOILERS TO COME. If that wasn't obvious enough. If you don't want to know what happens in the book, check out some cat gifs instead. You're welcome.
