Britney Spears Already Needs a Break From the 'X-Factor' Pressure (VIDEO)

Posted by Mary Fischer

britney spears"Oops, she did it again" has to be one of the most overused phrases out there, but when it comes to Britney Spears, it seems to sum up pretty much every situation she's involved in. Soooo -- what did she do this time? Apparently she walked off the X-Factor set right smack dab in the middle of Texas auditions. And considering it was only the first day of filming, it seems a bit early to be cracking under the pressure -- even for Britney.

Supposedly she got all bent out of shape when a contestant didn't exactly impress her by singing her song, "Hold It Against Me", and that's when she stormed off. But according to an update she posted to her Twitter account later that day, she was just "taking a little break." Yeah -- ok. (Whatever you say, Brit.)

revenge finale

Okay, where to start? Seriously, that season finale was bonkers. Not just one bombshell, but three -- or four -- or something? I lost count.

Deep breath.

The most important thing to know is that this whole David Clarke/Grayson Global conspiracy goes beyond the Graysons. It's bigger than them. There's some other more powerful, scarier entity out there. What's more, two of the main Revenge characters may be dead! Um, in case it's not obvious, SPOILER ALERT.

Howard Stern Makes a Kid Cry on 'America's Got Talent' & It's Worse Than You Think (VIDEO)

Posted by Linda Sharps

After all the hoopla over whether Howard Stern would inexorably change America's Got Talent to America's Got No Moral Compass, it turns out the controversial shock jock is a big old softie after all.

In the show's third episode of the season, Stern was faced with criticizing a pint-sized aspiring rapper named Mir Money, and the little boy began weeping inconsolably. Money's tears not only melted Stern's heart, the moment was so dramatic Stern announced that he was reconsidering his role on the show, saying, "I can't do it, man. I can't do it."

At least, that's what the producers would like you to think. As for me, I CALL BULLSHIT.

'House' Series Finale: Everybody Dies? Everybody?! (VIDEO)

hugh laurieSo, I'm a little blown away by the series finale of House. The SERIES FINALE!! I thought I was ready, I really did, but I just wasn't ready at all. Not at all. Phew, deep breath.

Anyway, heartsick as I am over the end of Hugh Laurie's reign as the coolest doctor in TV history, I will admit that I'm pretty much more or less happy with the way the last episode (titled "Everybody Dies," btw) went down.

Or at least okay with it. At first I thought I wasn't! At first I was like, Are you effing kidding me?! This can't happen! But then ... SPOILER ALERT ... seriously, stop reading if you don't want to know what happened ...

Did Ray J & Whitney Houston’s Family Brawl at Billboard Music Awards? (VIDEO)

Posted by Emily Abbate

Ray J So rumor has it there was some sort of an altercation between Whitney Houston's family and former fling Ray J at last night's Billboard Music Awards. Allegedly, Ray J was seated next to the Houston family for the event and Whitney's sister-in-law/former manager asked that he be moved.

This is where things really get scandalous, though. There may or may not have been eight uniformed officers who arrived on the scene to physically remove him. Oh snapppppppp.

Alas, a rep for the Las Vegas Police Department told Access they don't have a record of the whole shebang. In my eyes, it seems a little hyped up -- eh? If this is true, aren't we forgetting what's most important here? You know -- honoring Whitney?

kristen wiig and Mick JaggerA world without Gilly, Dooneese Maharelle, and the Target Lady. Oh, say it ain't so.

Kristen Wiig had a hard time holding back the tears as she wrapped her final Saturday Night Live episode on May 19. And so did her fans. Without her crazy, high-energy scene-stealers, it just won't be as worth tuning in every week, will it?

'Game of Thrones' Recap: Tyrion & Arya Are Brilliant, but Next Week's Battle Looks Even Better

Posted by Jill Baughman
on May 20, 2012 at 10:22 PM

Game of ThronesCan you believe it, after "The Prince of Winterfell," there are only two episodes left of season 2 of Game of Thrones? After last week's cliffhanger (did Theon Greyjoy really do the unthinkable?) and a war brewing on all sides, we can only hope that this season ends with an epic battle and leaves us fans longing for more.

In this episode, Tyrion and Arya prove yet again that they're some of the smartest characters in the series, and we see what happens as a result of some of the terrible decisions Theon, one of the dumbest characters, made last week in Winterfell. There are crazy spoilers ahead, and I'm going to keep all book/show comparisons to a minimum!

Phillip Phillips Needs to Leave 'Idol' If He Wants to Be a Star (VIDEO)

Posted by Emily Abbate
on May 18, 2012 at 3:51 PM

Phillip PhillipsI can't lie: I love American Idol this season. Most of that's because I love staring at Phillip Phillips and his baby blues. Helllooooooo, handsome! Scary news for us today though, Phil fans. The handsome songbird from Georgia with swoonworthy guitar skills isn't doing so hot. Get this: Phillips' personal doctor is urging him to get immediate surgery for his severe kidney problems.

Ruh-roh. Immediate surgery? Right before the big finale!? Guess it's not so surprising that the 21-year-old doesn't wanna leave the Idol stage at all and would rather work through the pain.

This is horrible. Either way, the show must go on. We've been hearing about these kidney problems for a while and Phillips needs the surgery. Show can't continue if he's dead, right?

Major 'Grey's Anatomy' Character Dies & Rocks the Season Finale

Posted by Mary Fischer

grey's anatomy

OMG!!!! What was up with the Grey's Anatomy Season Finale last night? I mean, I expected there to be some sort of cliffhanger at the end of Season 8 -- but killing off one of the show's main characters? Really? I'm still in total shock, and I'm holding onto one last hope that one of the show's beloved doctors isn't really dead in some crazy twist of fate.

But all signs indicate that there really will be one less surgeon at Seattle Grace Hospital on Season 9, and all I can say is what a way to go. Dying in a plane crash has to be about the most horrible scenario there is, even on a major television drama.

'Revenge' Recap: A Heartbreaking Death Brings Emily and Jack Closer (VIDEO)

Posted by Adriana Velez
on May 17, 2012 at 11:15 AM

revenge finaleI'd heard that someone was going to die in this week's episode of Revenge -- but it never occurred to me that it would be SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT Sammy the dog! I guess it makes sense considering he's 20 years old. I was just wondering during last week's flashback -- what kind of vitamins is this dog taking to still be alive?!?

And it sucks especially because of all the characters on Revenge, he has to be the most innocent and lovable. But that's how Revenge rolls.

And now we've discovered where Emily is at her most vulnerable: Sammy is the crux of all her memories. The happy times with her father, that fateful night when he was arrested, and her childhood best friend, Jack.
