I'm not embarrassed to admit that I've seen more than a few episodes of Celebrity Wife Swap and have enjoyed the show, immensely. Usually they're with "celebrities" you've hardly heard of like some pro wrestlers and Antonio Sabato Jr., but ABC just announced the two stars that will kick off a new season of the reality show, and not only have you heard of these women, you also have strong opinions about them, making the potential for the show all the more entertaining. On February 26, Kate Gosselin will switch lives with Kendra Wilkinson. I know.

I scream, you scream, even Hollywood's hottest hotties scream for ice cream when the summer sun heats up. While it's hard to believe some of them eat anything at all with their toned and taut bods, more than a few have been caught indulging. There's just something irresistible about its cool creamy goodness ... and watching hot people lick it up.

Now, how much of the ice cream they actually eat is up for debate. More than a few likely pose with it for the paparazzi, then turn the corner and dump it into the nearest trashcan. In any case, here are five sexy celebs who were caught licking ice cream at least for a few minutes:

It looks like Kendra Wilkinson must have decided to ignore the advice from radio shock jock Erich "Mancow" Muller, who recently told her that she doesn't need to "shake her ass" any more now that she's just a mom, and defy the request of her husband Hank Baskett, who "gets really mad" when she poses nude. Why else would she be on the cover of the December issue of Playboy, after all? You know, I don't often applaud someone's choice to be photographed with their clothes off (call me boring, but I think it would be a much bigger honor to be featured in the articles section of Playboy) but in this case I have to hand it to Kendra. Way to follow your heart, girl. Way to show your husband that you get to make the choices. Way to show that being a mom doesn't have to mean being ashamed of how your body has changed, and—Oh, wait. Turns out these are photos of her from 2 years ago.

  • Madonna a Strict Mom? Who Knew?

That's right. Madonna doesn't spare the rod. La Ciccone aims to keep a tighter-than-tight leash on 13-year-old daughter Lourdes. Who'da thunk?

While debuting their Material Girl clothing collection ... okay, I gotta 'fess up: A freshman in high school shouldn't, under any circumstances, have a fashion collection. But I digress. While debuting their Material Girl collection, Mamma Madonna told In Touch that Lola is forbidden to dye her hair until she's 14, the teen's clothing is up for scrutiny, and that dating is out of the question.

While the hair coloring age is completely random and inexplicable, the dating makes sense. But her mom's Madonna. I mean, Like a Virgin. The Sex book.

My interpretation? Madonna doesn't want her kid to be a wild child like her mom. A true practitioner of the do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do school of parenting.

And she's not the only one.

Kendra Wilkinson is flying high over 7-month-old baby Hank's latest trick -- giving high-fives.

"We're celebrating [baby Hank's] latest milestone tonight, which is a high-five," she recently told People. "I taught him high-five."

Daddy Hank Baskett confirmed Kendra's excitement.

"All I hear in the room is, 'High-five, high-five! Yeahhh!'" Baskett said. "That's all I hear all day long."

Kendra Wilkinson has a new baby, a book on the bestseller list and just finished season 2 of her eponymous show.

She's told the world about her teenage drug use and being Hugh Hefner's girlfriend, so why not sharing her post-baby weight loss journey?

The hard working star dished to The Stir the hardest thing she's ever done -- besides giving birth -- and what it was like to make a workout video, Be a Knockout With Kendra, while she was still trying to lose the weight she gained with "Baby Hank," her son with husband Hank Baskett.

In her new book Sliding Into Home, Kendra Wilkinson discusses her troubled past that included using meth and stripping as a teenager. Through it all though, she says she remained a "good person."

"I was a good person doing it. It wasn't like I was a druggie stripper," she said in an interview with Today. "I always knew that was wrong. I kind of lost myself for a little bit."

She begins the book by talking about her first encounter with Hugh Hefner and how she became his girlfriend, then uses that as a springboard to discuss the less-than-shiny aspects of her life.

Two new memoirs invoke the battle between Betty and Veronica. On the one hand, Kendra Wilkinson's Sliding Into Home is the story of a vapid blond who’s been in Playboy and shops for jeans on her reality show. On the other is Olivia Munn’s Suck It, Wonder Woman!, the tale of a brunette who … well, she’s also been in Playboy, but with her clothes on, and she’s also funny and a geek and now a correspondent for the Daily Show. I think I know which is my favorite. Which hot chick will make for a better lite summer read?

Poor Khloe Kardashian. She not only feuds with her famous clan, but she has some haters courtside as well. Kobe's wife, Vanessa Bryant, isn't too fond of her husband's teammate's wifey. Though Lamar Odom and Kobe are supposedly tight.

Vanessa has reportedly gone as low as calling Khloe a "fake wife." Foul! Wonder if Khloe has a fake pregnancy to go along with that. Zing! The two stay away from each other and Vanessa apparently hates the whole Kardashian family, labeling them fame whores.

My verdict in this match? I'm going to put on my Team Khloe shirt now. Sorry, Vanessa. Your boobs are way too big and always out -- you shouldn't be pointing fingers at others saying they are attention seekers.

And now on to the next celebrity cat fight ...

Kendra Wilkinson's book, Sliding Into Home, a memoir, is coming out July 6. And I'm very confused.

I'm not a hater, as Kendra would say. I quite like the bubbly blonde. But I feel there's something very odd about the book's cover, the title, and what the book is all about. There's a great disconnect for me.

It's a memoir and yes, a photo of the star should be on the cover. But where is the fun? The wit? The playfulness?

Where's the Kendra we all know and love (well, except for Jenna Jameson)?

Here are my thoughts on how the book should really be represented ....
