On an ordinary day, when she's simply being adorable in movies, Emma Stone is the cutest person you've ever seen, possibly in the entire world. So just try to imagine the puppy-kitten cute overload of witnessing the actress break down in tears while promoting The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro all because she pretty much loves the Spice Girls more than life.

A radio station in Australia got word that Emma is a big, big fan of the '90s girl band and, during an interview to promote her upcoming film, surprised her with a video message from Mel B -- a.k.a. Scary Spice -- that sent the actress over the edge.

It turns out that one of our favorite romantic heroes isn’t all that swoony in real life. In an appearance on Inside the Actor’s Studio on Thursday, the Matthew McConaughey’s wife Camila Alves let it drop that the movie star is nothing like his rom-com roles.

Host James Lipton asked Alves (who was in the audience) how she met her husband and the father of her three children. She replied that it was a bar on the Sunset Strip, but indicated that it was not love at first site.

Words to live by: If you don't want rumors to circle you like a kettle of vultures, keep your mouth shut -- particularly if your name is Gwyneth Paltrow and the public has an inexplicable love/hate thing for you. A few months ago, the actress said she doesn't think cheating should ruin a marriage -- that she would forgive husband Chris Martin if he stepped out on her and that she would expect the same in return. I love how honest and brave she was to admit this, and I can even see her point, though our philosophies on marriage and adultery differ -- but she also opened up a big ol' can of worms for herself. Who isn't going to speculate that she is having an affair?

And -- bring on the speculation! The latest rumor to surface is that Gwyneth is having a hot affair ... with an entertainment lawyer.

Franco Zeffirelli's 1981 film adaptation of Scott Spencer's book Endless Love is a film that haunts me to this day. Starring Brooke Shields and Martin Hewitt as star-crossed lovers Jade Butterfield and David Axelrod -- really young James Spader and Tom Cruise as supporting cast, too -- it's actually more dark drama than frothy romance. But in its 2014 incarnation, directed by Shana Feste and in theaters today, it's a purely effervescent, modern day fairy tale. Which means just about anyone looking for a mushy (and okay, slightly melodramatic) teen love story complete with a goofy dance scene, ridiculously good-looking leads (Gabriella Wilde from the 2013 Carrie remake and Alex Pettyfer of Magic Mike fame), and super-pretty scenery (Greater Atlanta, Georgia) will be a happy camper with this light Valentine's Day viewing.

We caught up with Feste recently and got behind-the-scenes scoop on what went into the notably more lighthearted remake of the teen romance ...

Don’t you hate it when you mix two actors up? Usually it’s between actors that have a similar style and look, and really, it can happen to anyone. But if you’re an entertainment reporter, you should probably take some care to not mix up Renee Zellweger and Reese Witherspoon ... or, say, Samuel L. Jackson and Laurence Fishburne.

Unfortunately, that’s just what KTLA’s Sam Rubin did on Monday when he was interviewing Samuel L. Jackson. He totally mistook him for Reese Witherspoon. Just kidding! Rubin confused Jackson with fellow badass black actor Laurence Fishburne.

If you've ever had your heart broken, you probably understand the temptation to call up your ex and say something truly monumental that will prick his soul just a little bit. Maybe you're the type who keeps a diary and feels a sense of relief after you pour out your heart on paper. Perhaps you've even ripped out an excerpt from your diary and (gasp) mailed it to your ex -- which we don't recommend, by the way.

Mia Farrow's first post-breakup Valentine's Day away from Woody Allen was probably a lot worse than any you or I have ever experienced. She had just found out Woody was having an affair with Soon-Yi Previn, her adopted daughter with Andre Previn, and wasn't about to let bygones be bygones. Instead, she gave him a wildly scary Valentine that Woody says made him fear for his life.

Not long ago, Sienna Miller graced the covers of many fashion and celeb mags and was as celebrated a style icon as fellow Brit Kate Moss. These days, she isn't exactly at the top of every casting director's list when they're trying to fill the many roles out there that call for blonde bombshells. Obviously, her good looks aren't hindering her chances of scoring more acting gigs, and at 32, she isn't exactly knocking on death's door. So what gives?

Well, if you ask Sienna, she ruined her own chances at becoming a bigger deal in Hollywood because of her "immoral" behavior. In an interview with Esquire U.K., she basically blamed her bad career on her former home-wrecking ways and insistence on frolicking with various hot actors. But ... but ... but ... this is Hollywood we're talking about! Why don't I feel morally offended by what I'm learning about her? Could there be another reason why Sienna isn't as big a star as, say, the always moral Angelina Jolie

You hear about it all the time. Girl and guy date for years, maybe even have children and buy property together, but decide marriage is just not for them. Wow, cool, you think -- these two are clearly so secure and in love that they don't need their relationship to be defined. Then -- bam! -- couple break up and one or both of them immediately marry other people. What the heck?! This pretty much describes Johnny Depp and his ex Vanessa Paradis' situation perfectly. After a 14-year relationship with the French actress and singer -- who is also the mother of his two children - Depp is marrying Amber Heard. And we've finally got the goods on why he never put a ring on Vanessa's finger

"Yo, it's about that time / To bring forth the rhythm and the rhyme / I'm a get mine so get yours / I wanna see sweat comin' out your pores / On the house tip is how I'm swingin' this / Strictly hip hop boy, I ain't singin' this / Bringing this to the entire nation / Black, white, red, brown / Feel the vibration." Oh my god, how could you not have felt the vibration whenever this song by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch blasted on the radio back in the summer of '91? And who would have ever thought that Marky would turn into such a rather venerable, hilarious, seemingly awesome actor as Mark Wahlberg?

Speaking about his past, Mark showed up on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Tuesday night, and what he said will amuse you for a solid five minutes. That's saying something, right? Joking around with Jay, he went on about everything from pulling down his pants two decades ago to the recent antics of yet another upcoming rebel, Justin Bieber.

As if we needed a reason to like Jennifer Lawrence even more. America’s next sweetheart recently sat down to chat with Barbara Walters for the Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013 special and said that it should be illegal to call people fat on TV.

I love her. The 23-year-old actress has taken heat in the past for her “fuller” figure (puh-lease, she is gorgeous, and if she’s considered full-figured, then I’m a whale) and has famously refused to lose weight for roles because she doesn’t want to send the wrong message to girls watching her on screen and also she loves French fries.
