Despite announcing their intentions to "unconsciously uncouple" in March, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin seem pretty close this summer, at least when it comes to location.

The pair, married for a decade, are living separately but only blocks from each other in the Hamptons.

Parents to Apple, 10, and Moses, 8, the Coldplay frontman and doting dad has made it clear that although he and the actress are no longer together, they'll remain friends for the sake of the kids.

So far, it seems to be working. In fact, their "friendship," evidenced by frequent family outings, which have included trips to the beach, skateboarding, and out for pizza, have caused rampant speculation that duo may consciously re-couple.

Gwyneth Paltrow -- the actress we all love to love and hate -- has taken her kids on an unsual vacation (at least for her). Instead of sipping soy lattes in Montmartre, she is becoming one with nature in good ole Montana. The star visited the Paws Up dude ranch, where she, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8, went horseback riding, ATV riding, and built campfires.

    I know. I can't picture it either.

But folks, we have proof that this really happened because Gwyn posted a gorgeous makeup-free selfie straight from the farm. Seriously, she isn't wearing a stitch of makeup -- no lip gloss, no concealor -- she doesn't even use a filter, guys. And she looks like she's still in high school.

Are they consciously uncoupled or what? Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow may have separated after ten years of marriage last March, but they still act like a pretty normal family. Case in point -- they had dinner together this week in the Hamptons with their children Apple and Moses.

According to an eyewitness source, the Oscar winner and Coldplay frontman "were in good spirits and looked like a very happy family" while dining out at Bay Kitchen Bar in East Hampton Monday night.

Gwyneth Paltrow makes it so hard to defend her, and God knows I try. But her latest issue of GOOP makes it darn near impossible. No, she isn't advocating another cleanse or trying to sell us all $400 T-shirts. If it was something like that, I'd be all, "WHATEVER I LOVE HER STILL." Gwyneth has crossed into another realm of weird with this one -- she basically believes that water has feelings.

That's right. The stuff we bathe in, drink, and where we leave our pee. It's got feelings. I don't. I can't. Brain explode. Paltrow cites the work of this dude Masuru Emoto, who literally wrote a book talking about how yelling at water or being nice to it changes its chemical make-up. It's natural Paltrow would find this intriguing. She's all about how energy can impact matter. Emoto's work supports her belief. The problem here? I feel like Emoto's findings are almost guaranteed to be 100 percent untrue.

At this point, I have to believe Gwyneth Paltrow is punking us all. One person can't possibly be capable of so many annoying, headline-making quotes, right? I mean, who really believes being an insanely rich actress is harder than being a regular working mom? Who says the sun can't possibly damage you because it's natural? Who implies our country's reaction to 9/11 was over the top? ("I find the English amazing how they got over 7/7. There were no multiple memorials with people sobbing as they would have been in America.") Gwyneth's entire public persona has got to be an elaborate prank, right?

Because that's the only explanation I can come up with for Gwyneth Paltrow's latest comments about how being a celebrity who endures online criticism is like being a war veteran. If you're already balling up your fists a little, you have a kindred soul in Cindy McCain, wife of Sen. John McCain.

Did Chris Martin really just blame his divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow on himself? Kind of sounds that way. Martin gave an interview to BBC Radio in which he opened up about his troubled marriage -- and seemed to take the fall for it not working out. He told BBC's Zane Lowe about his marriage:

I wouldn't use the term breakdown. This was more a realization about trying to grow up basically ... if you can't open yourself up, you can't appreciate the wonder inside. So you can be with someone very wonderful, but because of your own issues, you cannot let that be celebrated in the right way.

Since we heard of the Gwyneth Paltrow-Chris Martin split (or should I say "unconscious uncoupling"?), we've heard of course from the tabloids and Camp GOOP. But what about her estranged husband? What does he have to say about what drove the pair apart? Well, now we're going to hear all about it in his new interview with BBC Radio 1 journalist Zane Lowe.

This is the first time he's spoken out publicly since his split with Gwynnie, and apparently he didn't hold back at all from revealing the "challenges" he's experienced -- and of course still coping with as a result. The full interview won't air until Monday, but in the meantime, BBC 1 released a teaser clip of the Coldplay frontman sitting down with Lowe in a recording studio. Check it out ...

Gwyneth Paltrow took her whole divorce announcement into her own hands and published a statement signed by her and soon-to-be ex-husband Chris Martin on GOOP. We were all going to gossip about it anyway, so I applaud her for taking control of the situation as best as she could and putting it out there on her own terms. It was a great yet highly under-read explanation of conscious uncoupling by experts who really had many good points to supply all of us (divorced or married) introspection within the post. Then Gwynnie mentioned her gratitude in another post before she got into the nitty gritty of leftovers.

Chris Martin has stayed quiet for the most part, speaking only through GOOP and Gwyneth. Until now.

Since Gwyneth Paltrow is so organic and natural and all of that, you wouldn't think she would want anything about her life to be fake -- especially her marriage. But rumor has it that's exactly what she wanted. A marriage in name only, one to keep up appearances. So claims Page Six anyway. A source told the New York Post:

It was [Chris Martin's] idea to announce the split. They had drifted apart, and there was no chance they’d get back together, so he felt it was wrong to keep pretending.

How long was Gwynnie going to let this go on?? Letting us believe she had the perfect marriage when it was all a sham, smoke and mirrors??

Gywneth Paltrow is one of those women that I can't decide if I love to hate, or hate to love. Maybe a little bit of both. She's a sancti-mommy to the nth degree, yet somehow I can imagine myself enjoying a glass of (organic) sangria with her and kibitzing over split ends and the unpredictable emotions of pre-teen girls.

But sometimes something pops up about her that's just too weird, even for my mostly laid-back California ways. I could get behind the family trip the couple took with Apple and Moses as they announced their split, even if I really don't understand it. But now there are reports that she and soon-to-be-ex-husband Chris Martin underwent an uncoupling ceremony while in the Bahamas last week.
