How often do you tell someone, "Sorry, I can't do (whatever fun thing) right now. We'll have to do it another day." Probably a lot. We've all done it, sometimes as a well-meaning blow-off and sometimes because we genuinely want to do whatever it is but can't carve out the time right then.

But sometimes "another day" never comes. That's what happened to Ingrid. She was going to get a tattoo with her best friend, Toya. But unexpectedly, Toya got sick and died the same week they had planned to get tattoos together. She was only 23.

Ingrid was devastated by the loss of her friend, who was also her son's special aunt. So she decided to get that tattoo the very day after Toya died, and use it both to honor her friend's memory and also to remind herself of the kind of person she wants to be… someone with integrity, who keeps her promises. Watch the video below to hear her touching story and check out her tattoos.

Well, Tameka Raymond is hitching her U-Haul and moving on—literally and figuratively. Ex-hubby Usher is evicting her from his $3.2 million dollar Georgia home and she’s gonna have to find herself some new digs quick, fast, and in a hurry. As of last week, the house was listed and on the market, much like its owner, I suppose. Raymond was given permission to live in the 12,544 square-foot mansion as part of the now-defunct couple’s 2009 divorce settlement, but the agreement also stipulated that her R&B heartthrob ex-hubby was also allowed to put the home up for sale any time, so long as he gave her two months’ advance notice. Raymond, however, has presumably spent that time grieving the loss of her 11-year-old son, Kile, who passed away in a tragic jet skiing accident in July.

Stories about spirits and ghosts always freak me out. I mean -- to the point where I get really uncomfortable inside, a shiver runs up my spine, and I need to immediately stop contemplating what it really means. So when my college roommate came home from visiting her grandfather in hospice and told me he'd been talking to her deceased twin brother ... I didn't sleep all night.

This is how she relayed the story to me, again, the other day -- it unnerved me just as it had when she first told me about it, 18 years ago:

Happy birthday, MJ! Today, the beloved King of Pop—and my first celebrity boyfriend, thank you very much—would have turned 54. Super fans stood outside of his childhood home in Gary, Indiana, like they usually do, but this was the first year that Michael’s mom, Katherine, and his three kids, Paris, Prince, and Blanket, have participated in the week of festivities. Mrs. Jackson says she wants the trio of children to “know their roots,” which included lighting upon the tiny two-bedroom rancher that produced three of the world’s most legendary music acts: the Jackson 5, Janet Jackson, and of course, Michael Jackson himself. (Latoya and Rebbie both briefly tried their hand at music but ... yeah. Not so much.)

There is much sadness in Sylvester Stallone's world this weekend and for a long time to come. His 36-year-old son Sage Stallone was found dead on Friday at his house in Los Angeles, and it's looking like it may have been a drug overdose. It's also looking like he may have been dead for 3-4 days or even as long as a week.

Sage, who as a child played Rocky Balboa's young son opposite his dad in Rocky V and appeared with his father again in Daylight in 1996, was largely out of the limelight as an adult, though he did work on smaller films as a director, actor, and producer. But the details emerging about his death are disturbing, to say the least.

TMZ says there were two drawers filled with prescription pill bottles, and that the 66-year-old actor's son lived like a recluse, often holing himself up in his room for days at a time without leaving.

Ever since the details of Whitney Houston's will were released yesterday, all anyone seems to be talking about is the fact that Bobbi Kristina is going to be a very rich girl -- and she's set for life. Countless sites are reporting that she will inherit all of Whitney's assets, jewelry, cars, and clothes, and all of Whitney's money will be put into a trust for her.

Sure -- it's all well and good that she will at least have financial security in her life going forward, but that doesn't change the fact that her mother died suddenly at the age of only 48. As much as its contents are being glorified in the press, Whitney Houston's will can't replace what Bobbi Kristina lost. Because money and the love and comfort of a parent aren't even remotely the same thing.

While plenty of people have expressed their incredible heartbreak and sadness over the death of Whitney Houston, some of those who were closest to her have taken a bit longer to come to terms with this loss. Before she passed away, Whitney had an off-again, on-again relationship with Ray J, and they were seen together in the days before she died.

He did not speak out immediately following her death, but now Ray J has finally broken his silence on the matter. His comments about losing her prove that he is a genuine guy who truly loved and cared about her, and it seems fitting that he spoke out right before her funeral tomorrow.

Whitney Houston will be laid to rest in Newark, New Jersey tomorrow, and so far, her funeral is going to have some pretty big names in attendance. Along with performances by Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, Kevin Costner will also be speaking about the loss of his beloved co-star in The Bodyguard.

The question of whether of not Bobby Brown should attend the funeral has been a pretty hot topic over the past few days. Supposedly, Houston's family really doesn't want him there, but despite their feelings, it looks as though he will definitely be making an appearance.

And he should. Because if he doesn't attend Whitney's funeral, then he will look like a complete and total deadbeat dad. What guy wants that label attached to him?
