The new singing competition show Duets (yes, another talent show!) made its debut last night. The show has a bit of a twist in that the judges are famous singers who choose undiscovered talent to sing duets with. After a duet, the judges all rank the performance.

Last night, Kelly Clarkson and her finale duet partner, pink-haired Jordan Meredith, closed the show with a rousing rendition of "Stronger," but the ladies still came in with the second to lowest scores of the night. What happened?

Well I never! Did you know that our chaste little Bella (AKA Kristen Stewart) has gone and given not one, but TWO men hand jobs in her newest movie, On the Road? Scandalous! "How will parents who took their daughters to see the Twilightmovies explain this?" scolds conservative media critic Dan Gainor. His readers wring their hands in agony, horrified at the prospect of exposing their innocent children to the horrors of naughty handshakes.

Congratulations, Kristen! You're are a growed-up woman actor now. You know you've made it when you start scaring the pants off conservative groups. But what about Kristen's Twi-hard fans? Can they bear to see their KStew in a threesome?

The two kissed outside a party at Cannes.Something about the South of France must really loosen film fest goers up, because Cannes seems to be crawling with PDA-happy Hollywood lovebirds. Even a Hollywood couple who has, until recently, kept quite mum on their love lives. No, I'm not talking about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West! Those two getting cozy in front of the cameras at Cannes comes as no surprise! On the other hand, seeing Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson lock lips in public? Definitely news!

Any Twi-Hard knows the couple has kept quiet about their relationship for what feels like such a long time. Sure, we've gotten snippets here and there from "insiders" or "sources" on the scene, reporting that the two were holding hands (gasp!) or getting touchy-feely at some indie concert or in a sushi restaurant. But never before have the two been so comfortable with PDA. So I guess we can safely assume that the couple's officially, FINALLY "out"?

Supermodel Bar Refaeli was recently voted the hottest woman in the world by Maxim magazine readers, but she can't get a date. Isn't this always the way? In fact, the blonde stunner told Conan O'Brien that guys don't even so much as glance at her. They look right through her like she's thin air. Apparently all of the people voting her hottest babe in the world were female. Says Bar, somewhat dubiously:

Let’s put it out there, no one hits on me. I don’t get hit on by guys. No one flirts with me.

Okay, there's something strange going on here. Either Bar hangs out with far too many gay men, or she is completely oblivious to flirtation (unlikely since she thought a TSA agent was hitting on her), or ... this could be true. Hmm.

If their real-life relationship is anything like the one they carry on online, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her new fiance, Gary Head, are in for a rocky road. The couple got engaged just this month. But it hasn't stopped their nasty Twitter wars.

Gary's spent the week interspersing his pledges of love to the MTV reality star with re-tweets of nasty comments made about her by other Twitter users. Apparently he's bought into the idea that badmouthing your partner doesn't count when you're simply repeating what someone else said.

Some weird things have been happening over in Cannes. First, a male reporter tried to get frisky with Will Smith, who had to slap him down. Then Brad Pitt said that, well, he and Angelina might get married, someday, if, you know, everyone else can. But the weirdest, most oddtastic happenstance must be when Nicole Kidman squatted over Zac Efron and let a loose a yellow river of number one right on his handsome golden show -- I mean, golden boy face.

In a movie, that is. Kidman and Efron star in The Paperboy, the new flick from Lee Daniels, who directed Precious. It also stars Matthew McConaughey and John Cusack. And word has it that the movie is one of the most bizarro to be screened at Cannes.

Tonight on the finale of American Idol, there was a moment almost bigger than the announcement of the winner. After showing alums Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo in the audience, Ryan Seacrest called the couple up onto stage. First there was a bit of small talk, then the lights were dimmed, and Ace said he had a question to ask her.

It was pretty obvious what was happening, but still, hearts were pounding, and she looked nervous. Ace started making a beautiful case as to why they were meant to be together. "We have conquered Broadway together, we have created new music together, we have an amazing group of people around us and ..."

And then he kind of ruined the whole thing.

With her booming Skinnygirl biz, brand new book, and adorable 2-year-old Bryn, Bethenny Frankel seems to have it all ... Outside of the fact that her marriage to Jason Hoppy has continued to be plagued with rumors of divorce. And you don't have to be a body language expert to know that in Bethenny Ever After, the two didn't seem to be getting along. (And that was months ago now!)

According to sources who have spoken with Star (so, yeah, obviously take what's about to follow with a grain of salt ...), all the bickering, full-on fighting, and general marital discord have reached a fever pitch. And despite multiple attempts to mend their marriage, the two are now reportedly talking to divorce lawyers. Bummer!
