mammaof3_29 and tanya777 had questions about how Alison balances two full-time jobs and family life.
Alison: It's not easy. I just take it one day at a time, juggling different obligations everyday, doing the best I can. I think the biggest thing for moms to keep in mind is that you've got to give yourself a break!
eds6619 wanted to know about The Biggest Loser.
Alison: The Biggest Loser changes the lives of the people in it. The changes I see on the show are an inspiration! In addition, I think the show carries a positive message about being healthy, rather than just being thin.

As you've probably heard, Alison's baby is a little girl! EmGoodie and Mom0f2boys had baby questions for Alison, so they'll be glad to know we talked about baby stuff! Since she is having a little girl, Alison wants to encourage her daughter from an early age to have a healthy attitude about beauty and body image.
Alison: There is a lot of pressure to be thin and to fit into a certain standard of beauty! All women struggle with this and I think it's important to focus on getting healthy, not basing beauty what size you wear.
kaitjoey, sportsmom wanted to know more about her role on DOOL. We ran out of time before I could ask her these questions or talk a lot about Days of Our Lives! I will try to talk to Alison again about the show!
Alison Sweeney is real. She makes no bones about the fact that she's a real mom who juggles career and kids! Alison is working with Huggies to spread the word that real moms rule. Huggies is having a promotion to feature 30 moms across the country, you can find out more about this at Generation Huggies.com!

I love her. Thanks for a great interview. I watched her religiously on DOOL when I was a teenager. I think she and I must be around the same age. She's always seemed really nice, except when she's playing Sammy.
i love alison sweenie. she is so cool. i have been watching her on days since she was 16 i believe that was when she started on the show. she has gone from me hating her cause she played such a good mean person, to being totally likable.
