Leonardo Di Caprio's 5 Friends public service announcement has resulted in over 300,000 new voters being registered. Last week, 5 More Friends, a second PSA was released with Leo and his A-List friends encouraging people to get out and vote. DiCaprio produced, directed and stars in the spot.
Harrison Ford, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Cruise, Shia LaBeouf, Justin Timberlake, Julia Roberts and Will Smith appear in the public service announcement. Steven Spielberg asks the celebs to sound more sarcastic, to which Justin Timberlake responds, "I can do anything. I was in a boy band, OK?"
5 More Friends points out that 537 votes determined the 2000 election. What do you think of Leonardo Di Caprio's efforts? Do you like celebrities using their fame to influence politics?
