A little birdie told me that they were remaking the classic Thelma & Louise. Say it ain't so! How can you possibly top Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis?
Titled Cowgirl Bandits, it's supposed to be a "younger" version of Thelma & Louise, starring Leighton Meester and Amber Heard. So maybe not a full-fledge remake, but close enough to upset me. I mean, the original isn't even that old.
Dear Leighton Meester, you're adorable in Gossip Girl but you're no Louise (or Thelma).
What do you think? Are you a fan of the original movie? Do you think this new "younger" version will be good?

IMO the original was perfect - it cannot ever be remade!
ive never seen it. but i am sick of hollywood having no imagination and creativity and just remaking older movies.
I love that movie, but I wouldn't mind seeing what they can do with a remake. Hope it's better than the first one. If not what a waste of money and my time.
