TLC Sues Jon Gosselin

Surprise, surprise, TLC has sued Jon Gosselin.

Last Friday, TLC filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Jon accusing him of violating his contract by making paid and unpaid TV appearances without the cable network's permission.

Jon's lawyer released a statement saying, "Jon will vigorously defend against this baseless action, assuming Discovery and TLC choose to go forward with their claim by legally serving him with notice, and we are confident that through the course of litigation it will clearly be evident that Discovery and TLC exploited, manipulated and abused the Gosselins' vulnerability and financial hardship," Heller's statement read.

I hope they sue the heck out of him. Maybe it'll shrink his ego a little bit. The moms of the public group True Jon & Kate Plus 8 Fans are discussing it as well, all pretty much in agreeance that Jon's a dirtbag. LoL!

Given that TLC had a hand in helping to destroy his marriage... this is a little insane. But then, I am not a fan of many of the "reality" shows which put the emphasis on large families. Not a fan of most reality shows in general, LOL.

He is such a douche bag! I am glad he is getting sued. He won't win, of course. He will never change his ways. Looking back, I think maybe that is why Kate was such a bitch to him, she was trying to keep this douche bag in check. He is stuck like chuck and screwed like lube! I don't care. . . It has all gotten out of hand, it's all very pathetic!

Yeah...I have to agree with zassymama. I never really even watched the show but a few times, but when this first happened I thought they were both equally nuts. Now as time has gone on he has clearly emerged as the bigger douche. So...yeah, trophy for him.

Yeah, I have to agree, this has all gotten a little out of hand, I read somewhere the other day that he had withdrawn money from their account, but claimed it was HIS paycheck. What's that matter? He has to help support those kids. I think it's terrible.

I think its bologna that his ex-wife gets to keep dragging her kids all over the news but he gets sued for showing himself on tv. Give me a break. I don't like Jon one teensy little bit but Kate is a neglectful mother who is using her kids to make it rich. I feel bad for those poor kids.
