Even celebs are getting hit with the swine flu. Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell has been diagnosed with the H1N1 virus, and the band has had to cancel several promotional appearances in New York because of it.

Brian and the rest of the group, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and AJ McLean, as well as the touring crew were all prescribed Tamiflu as a preventative measure.

"We were really looking forward to spending time with our closest fans and friends in NYC and take part of PINKTOBER, an unbelievable and important program," Littrell says in a statement. "I hope we can come back soon and do everything we can to help."

Their seventh album, This is Us, is being released today.

Hope you feel better soon Brian!
