Ladies, guess who is the new face of Tampax?
None other than tennis star Serena Williams will go head-to-head on the court with Mother Nature in Tampax's "Outsmart Mother Nature" ad campaign.
Apparently, the deal was already in the works before Serena's tirade at the US Open (remember that?) after which she was fined $10,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct. Procter & Gamble says it not only supports her apology, but also that Serena represents the energy, independence and strength of women it wants to celebrate.
