Apparently, there are some big changes in store for the upcoming season of The Hills and The City, whose seasons premiere on Tuesday, September 29th.
Kristin Cavallari has replaced Lauren Conrad on The Hills. Executive producer Liz Gateley tells People, “She is the same Kristin we know and love — not afraid to mix things up. Her presence has really changed every dynamic within the cast, especially with Audrina [Patridge] and Justin Bobby.”
She also hints that newlyweds Spencer and Heidi are considering parenthood. Oh goodness, a spawn of Speidi? Don't even want to think of that!
Meanwhile on The City, Whitney Port will be dealing with a lot more work drama than last season's relationship drama-filled season and her former boss, Kelly Cutrone, will take on a much bigger role.
“Our whole shooting style changed. You’ll see much more action and less people sitting and talking, which was an intentional choice we made in making over the show. There are fireworks on the jobs constantly — it’s very exciting and fun to watch what it’s like to work in the world of New York fashion.”
As drama-filled and ridiculous as these shows are, I can't help but love them and I'm really excited for the upcoming season.

I watch them both, I'm excited for them to come back. I know they are fake, but sometimes you just need to laugh at people and theyre constant drama.
I like the city.. its not as drama filled or childish... and the FASHION... ugh I love it. The hills... eh.. without Lauren Conrad I'm not interested. I may share a name with Kristin but I would trip that girl if she ever walked by me. What a bitch. And Audrina bugs the hell out of me.. ceiling eyes needs to learn how to speak properly. Cant even stand it. lol.
