The interwebs are still buzzing about Sarah Palin's July 3rd televised resignation as Alaska's governor.
We all heard Palin's speech and what she said were the reasons for the resignation (negative media attention taking her focus away from her job mostly), but lots of people are still speculating about Palin's resignation and wondering if there is a hidden reason behind the resignation, especially 18 months before her term is even up.

I can't imagine that'd she's be running in 2012, and if she is, the republican party is just asking for 4 more years of Obama.
A) She did something REAL bad and she wants to get out before it hits the fan.
B) It was the last possible idea on her "how to get on TV" list.
While she is still popular, she can make some good bank now that she is not a governor. Book deals, maybe a cable TV show.
Values? Leadership???? No, money calls!
I am taking her explanation at face value until I hear something different. I think she has been honest about why she is resigning
