A lot of my shows have come to the end of their season -- Lost, American Idol, The Biggest Loser -- but starting June 14th HBO's True Blood begins again (yay!) and I'm intrigued by Edie Falco's new show, Nurse Jackie on Showtime. The tagline for the program is "Life is full of little pricks."

Thank goodness for DVR!

I love Edie Falco! She plays Nurse Jackie, the sassy ER nurse who has her own brand of justice within the politics of a hospital. Ooh and you know who else is in it? Peter Facinelli. I grew up living across the street from Peter in Queens! I am so excited for all his successes -- he's married to Jennie Garth and was also in the movie Twilight. Peter plays the smug doctor who has manic highs and lows and acts out by touching people inappropriately. Say what?

I think this one is going to be a must-see!

Are you excited for True Blood, Nurse Jackie, or any other upcoming cable TV show? What's on your must-watch list?
