Natasha Richardson: Reported Brain Dead

Natasha Richardson is brain dead, according to multiple news sources.

There have been conflicting reports regarding the severity of Richardson's condition. But news about her health grows worse as time goes on.

Natasha Richardson was was taken from Sacre-Coeur Hospital in Montreal and flown to an undisclosed hospital in the United States, according to CNN.

Fox News reports that she was flown to New York, where she will be taken off life support.

What a sad day.

Natasha fell while skiing yesterday during a lesson at Station Mont Tremblant, a resort located 80 miles from Montreal. She showed no sign of injury after the accident and went back to her hotel.

About an hour after her fall, she was not feeling well and was taken to a small local hospital before she was transferred to Hopital du Sacre-Coeur in Montreal.

The Montreal Gazette reported that Richardson's two sons with Liam Neeson were skiing with her at the time of her fall, and that Neeson flew to Montreal from a Toronto film set to be with her at the hospital.

OMG. I am absolutely sick over this news. I know I am not alone in saying extra prayers and sending good thoughts to Natasha Richardson and her family.

wow thats crazy...an hour after she falls she doesnt feel well, which leads to being brain dead? insane. i feel for her family.

I wonder how hard she fell. They havent given much detail onto how she fell and how she hit her head. Wasnt she getting lessons on a beginners trail? It's really sad though.

I don't recognize her, what has she played in? Movies, sopas, or what. I hate to hear her health is declining. Very Sad indeed!

No one else is reporting that she is brain dead, so I'm going to hope this report is false...I love Liam Neeson, and with two kids, I really hope she's ok.

I"m hearing a lot of conflicting reports. I feel so terrible for her and her family. Her mother is Vanessa Redgrave. She was movies like "Nell" (with Jodie Foster and her husband Liam Neeson) and in the new "Parent Trap" (with Lindsay Lohan). She was also a guest judge on this last season of Top Chef.

I hope this isn't true, it's just too sad, if you ever watch something she has been in, you'd come to Like her...

she Is like able IMO. Regardless she's a Mother, Daughter, Woman, etc...anything we hear of should somehow effect us and want to make us pray/hope/wish for her and her families recovery. again just my opinion.
