Remember Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction in 2004?
Where were you during the live performance of the Super Bowl half-time show when the world saw Janet Jackson's nipple?
Can you believe it's been almost five years since Janet's nipple slip? As the 2009 Superbowl approaches,I remember the night as a mom of two! How about you?
I was with my husband and kids watching the 2004 Superbowl with a bunch of other families when the wardrobe malfunction seen 'round the world was viewed by millions and zillions of viewers...and my two daughters, aged 10 and 6 at the time.
My daughters didn't need to see all of Janet in 2004 and I was pretty upset by her wardrobe malfunction. Were you mad? Did you think it was offensive? Did your kids see it?
Just because anything related to the Jackson family has to have lots of drama, here's another little trivia nugget. According to the Wall Street Journal:
The case of singer Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction at the 2004 Super Bowl could be headed to the Supreme Court.
Earlier this week, the Federal Communications Commission and Justice Department asked the Supreme Court in a filing to take the case, which revolves around whether the FCC erred in fining CBS $550,000 for showing a split-second shot of Jackson’s breast during the half-time performance at the could soon be headed to the Super Bowl.
Talk to me! Where were you during the wardrobe malfunction?
