Ever since he was announced as the next Bachelor, Chris Soules has been Bachelor nation's most talked-about member. Rightfully so, his costars and friends are showering him with congratulations, and one former Bachelorette star is getting mighty "personal" with the farmer. That's right, believe it or not, Cody Sattler is taking on the role of trainer and will be preparing Chris for his reality television season.
And no, I don't mean training him to romance the ladies. This is training in a completely different form. In case you haven't noticed, Cody has been spending a lot of time in Iowa recently and has actually moved to be closer to Chris. Turns out it's all been for a good reason, because the hunky personal trainer and his new client have been getting to work:
Sounds like a great idea, and if there's anyone who we'd trust to personally train the next Bachelor, it'd be Mr. Cody Code. Who else caught those torso twists and rock lifts he was casually doing on the beach in Bachelor in Paradise? Clearly, dude is cut out for the gig.
More from The Stir: Chris Soules' Engagement Could Totally Ruin His Season of 'The Bachelor'
Though Chris' appointment as the leading man was definitely a bit controversial (I'm still personally holding out hope for a future season with Arie Luyendyk Jr.), it looks like the man is taking his job seriously. Obviously, he doesn't need that much work because we can all remember his shirtless scenes with Andi Dorfman, but it's awesome to hear that he's taking the time to prepare for filming.
He already seems like he's doing the show for "all the right reasons" and is very much into falling in love, so we're maybe, possibly, somewhat coming around to the idea of Chris as The Bachelor. A rocking six-pack definitely wouldn't hurt. Just sayin'.
Do you like that Chris is "training" for the season?
