Kendall Jenner Threatens to Sue Waitress & We Don't Blame Her One Bit

Kendall Jenner

Here’s a little advice for anyone who is thinking about defaming one of the Kardashians and their reputation: Don’t do it; otherwise, you’ll get BURNED. And I mean legally burned, too.

Kendall Jenner is fighting back at claims that were recently made that she allegedly threw money at a waitress’ face at a New York City restaurant. The young Jenner is now hitting back at her accuser with a big message.

Apparently, Jenner has hired legal pitbull Marty Singer after part-time actress/waitress Blaine Morris claimed that Jenner dashed and dined in the most uncouth way. According to Morris, she had to chase her down a street after Jenner refused to pay her bill, which was just $33. It looks like Kim Kardashian’s little sister doesn’t like it when you tell little lies about her to the media as she had Singer send Morris a letter with this message:

Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress. You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself.

Let’s be honest here: while we’ve all seen the Kardashians act pretty nasty to each other as a family, I have yet to hear any reports of Kendall acting like a diva to fans or the public. In fact, when I first heard about this story, I thought it was pretty out of character for Jenner to act that way. You can either love or hate the Kardashian family, but there’s no denying that they are VERY loyal and humble when it comes to their fans. Kendall has every right to defend herself and take legal action against Morris over this story, especially if it was made up simply for publicity.

Do you think Kendall really threw money in Blaine Morris’ face, or did she make the story up for publicity?

I do not blame Kendall one bit, and bravo for her. People have attacked her over this incident, that is allegedly false, she needs to send a message that she will not put up with negative made up stories about herself. People have made a sport about defaming her family, and it is about time one of them is throwing down the gauntlet!

Disagree...if you are a celebrity and put a server in the position of chasing you down the street for an unpaid check, you should't be surprised if the situation gets exaggerated (or truthfully reported, whichever the case may be!). How is it that two reasonably sober people dining together would't know that the check hadn't been paid.

Lying and besmirching ones character is never acceptable. People have accidentally left restaurants without paying. Kendall graciously rectified that by paying and also gave a tip, but for the waitress to go out and broadcast a blatant lie, if that is what happened is unacceptable and beyond the pale, it is totally unconscionable! I wonder if there were hidden cameras anywhere.

I believe this family is pretty decent when it comes to paying what they owe.......IL
