When we last left the drama-fest that was the Catelynn Lowell & Farrah Abraham Social Media Showdown, we heard word that the verbally dueling Teen Moms would be appearing together on the Couple's Therapy All Star reunion show. What kind of sparks would that bring to their thorny relationship?
Well hold on to your socks, because the most shocking thing ever happened -- they seem to have kissed and made up. Yup, even though Catelynn and her long-time boyfriend Tyler Baltierra have had no problem in the recent past mocking the train wreck of Farrah's life after she made some disparaging remarks about them, it seems that the air was cleared and peace was achieved.
The most recent round of drama was set off when Farrah responded to the rumors that Tyler and Catelynn were pregnant with their second child. The reality stars famously gave their firstborn Carly to adoptive parents on MTV's 16 and Pregnant, so this is kind of a big deal. Farrah thought it was sad they were making "poor choices" though, because apparently she's a paragon of virtue.
Then Tyler and Catelynn put Farrah in her place, and rightfully so. You know, because she's a porn star. Something about having no place to judge from.
Anyway, it all seems to be water under the bridge, because after the August 8 taping, the three Teen Mom stars took to Twitter with a veritable love-fest for one another. Check out these tweets!
@F1abraham After all the animosity, I want you to know I have no resentment toward you. I pray that you continue to better yourself and do— Tyler BaltierraMTV (@TylerBaltierra) August 9, 2014
@F1abraham ...what your REALLY passionate about. Good luck Farrah, out of everyone, if you have a goal, I know you will accomplish it ð— Tyler BaltierraMTV (@TylerBaltierra) August 9, 2014
@F1abraham was so nice seeing you and cleaning the air much love! ð— Catelynn (@CatelynnLowell) August 9, 2014
Is this Bizarro World? The Twilight Zone? Is my head on straight? What happened, and did it involve mud wrestling in any way? Not that mud wrestling is required for getting over mud slinging, I'm just saying it would probably make for good TV is all.
Anyway, we'll have to wait until the episode airs September 3 to find out how they slayed the animosity, and you can be sure we'll be watching.
Do you think this Teen Mom love-fest is for real or for show?
