Kim Kardashian has one of the most talked-about and well-documented bodies in the world, but according to the reality star, she is determined to lose weight – and A LOT of it.
In fact, Kim is prepared to go on one of the most strenuous work out regimes and diets she’s ever been on life as her obsession with her body takes a very dangerous turn.
Apparently, Kimmy Cakes wants to lose twenty - yes twenty – pounds so she can be the same weight she was five years ago. Yes, five years ago as in before Kanye West and Kris Humphries, before she gave birth to North West and before she became of the biggest reality television stars in the world.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently shared a Flashback Friday pic on her Instagram account of her looking noticeably slimmer back in 2009. She captioned the pic with:
#FBF ughhh I am 20 lbs lighter here! This was just five years ago! Ok I’m going back on my grind. I gotta get back here!
First off, twenty pounds is a lot of weight to try and burn off, especially for someone like Kim who already works out and maintains a balanced diet daily. Plus, I don’t know any woman who has the same body she had five, ten or even 20 years ago. Even if you’ve maintained the same weight, there’s a good chance that your curves have shifted in other places and your body has gone through noticeable transformations, especially after having kids.
Now, whether or not you love or hate Kim’s bod, there’s no denying that there’s something wrong here. Kim shouldn’t be focusing on her weight, but instead her health and how good she feels. Twenty pounds is not going to make a huge difference for her. In fact, it’ll probably make her look more tired and worn out as she’ll probably have to put in double or triple the work - taking away time from North and neglecting sleep. And with everything she has going on in her life, with her husband Kanye and their 1-year-old daughter, who would want to spend all that time at the gym? Girl, losing twenty pounds is not going to make you happy. Instead, it's going to make you STRESSED.
Plus, it’s always better to FLAUNT what you’ve got rather than fight it!
