It appeared that Kim Kardashian had picked up one of Kanye West's worst traits when she was recently photographed having an encounter with Los Angeles police. Photos of cops approaching Kim's black Mercedes SUV made the rounds, and it appeared that the po-po had pulled over the selfie queen, possibly for some traffic violation. (Hey, coppers, might want to check out Kendall Jenner too!)
However, all was not as it appeared. Kim defended herself on Twitter, saying it was SHE who hailed down the black and white, to complain about a "crazy driver" who was following her. I'm guessing that would be a paparazzo. Kim tweeted:
There's this pic online of me talking to cops telling them I'm being followed by a crazy driver. BUT.... pic.twitter.com/Z5xLByaCmT— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) July 28, 2014
The headline reads I AM the one getting pulled over...NOT TRUE. All of the paprazzi got pulled over instead ;-)— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) July 28, 2014
So there you have it, folks. Nothing to see here, move it along.
I do feel sorry for Kim and other celebs who have to deal with the crazy and often dangerous paparazzi, but this is the business they willingly got themselves into. It's not like Kim discovered the cure for cancer or wrote a Pulitzer Prize winning novel. She is filthy rich for merely letting cameras follow her every move. Once you open that Pandora's Box, it's virtually impossible to shut it, unless you drop off the face of the planet and move to Borneo or something.
Still, the paps SHOULD follow the rules of the road and not put bystanders in danger. If they really did get arrested, then good.
Do you think that Kim deserves to be followed by paps?
