After hearing just how intense Chelsea Houska's workout schedule is, it's obvious that she's had to put quite a bit of time and effort into achieving that smokin' hot body of hers.
Seriously, she's so tiny these days that she doesn't even look like herself anymore. It's a little bit concerning that she doesn't seem to realize just how slim she really is.
According to RadarOnline, she does CrossFit anywhere from four to five times per week.
But would you believe a source says, "She's not where she wants to be yet, but she's making progress and won't stop anytime soon!"
Um, she's "not where she wants to be"?!? Let's hope this doesn't mean she has plans to lose any more weight, because she's already thin enough as it is.

Doesn't she realize how amazing she looks? It almost sounds like she's a.) obsessed with working out, and b.) having some sort of body image issues. If she truly believes she doesn't look perfect just the way she is? Yeah, something's not right.
I mean, it's totally understandable for her to want to make sure she maintains her weight loss, but she certainly doesn't need to push herself any harder than she already is.
