Khloe Kardashian has gone through a lot in the past few years in the media when it comes to being compared to her sisters and cruelly mocked for her looks. So the fact that her own sister, Kourtney, decided to fat-shame her in an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians is especially upsetting.
Kourtney actually called Khloe fat. Oh, yes she did.
In a clip for the show, their brother Rob tells Khloe to stop tickling Kourtney during what looked like a massive laugh attack. It’s not until Scott Disick interjects, saying it doesn’t stop “until the fat lady sings,” to which Kourtney tells Khloe “start singing.”
Ugh. No wonder this family has so many issues when it comes to their looks, right? Fortunately though, if there’s one thing we’ve learned, Khloe is as thick-skinned as the day is short and the night is long, and she just laughed it off ... at least on the outside.
Kourtney is the last person that should be calling anyone fat. After she gave birth to her son Mason in 2009, she collapsed in the Florida heat while trying to lose her post-baby weight so she could pose in a sexy bikini for a magazine cover. Back then, it was a very level-minded Khloe who snapped her sister out of her extreme weight loss habits and reasoned with her to concentrate on motherhood rather than her looks. So this makes it even more shocking that five years later, Kourtney would have the audacity to fat-shame her sister in return.
The good thing about Khloe is that she’s not like the rest of the Kardashian and Jenner clan. For one, she’s proven that she’s both sexy and gorgeous. Even though she’s much taller and differently proportioned than her runway-ready sisters, she’s not shy about showing off her best assets for the world to see, no matter what her jean size is.
Still, while Khloe might have laughed off her sister's criticism, you can't help but feel that it stung a little for her. No woman with a pulse wants to be called FAT.
Do you think Khloe is bothered at all by Kourtney's comment?
