The ladies were still in beautiful Montana during Tuesday's episode of RHONY. But, naturally, they weren't capable of simply sitting back, sharing a bottle of Ramona Pinot Grigio, and enjoying the fresh air and mountainous scenery. Instead, they chose to fill their days with rigorous(ish) activities and even more bickering. The main peace disturbers? Sonja Morgan and LuAnn de Lesseps, and Heather Thomson and Kristen Taekman.
In the ep, LuAnn still was not over the fact that Sonja's facialist was talking smack about her and her supposed penchant for short French guys whom she likes to dominate. On one hand, it's understandable, as the gossip wasn't exactly flattering to LuAnn, but on the other, dude. It's a facialist whom you've never met. Moveon.org already.
But the biggest tension of the night was between Kristen and Heather, who are normally cool with one another. It all started when the girls decided to rappel down a (rather large) mountain. Kristen was, understandably, nervous, as, hello, you can die! And Heather wasn't helping the situation with her incessant talking in the background right when it was Kristen's turn. Kristen clearly didn't want to hear it, but for whatever reason, Heather kept on going and going.
Then, when the ladies all got together to go geocaching (AKA real life treasure-hunting), tensions between the Heather and Kristen came to a head, resulting in an all-out argument in the middle of the woods (and in front of the hot skeet shooting instructor). Kristen was enjoying geocaching, but Heather, who was tipsy from lunch, decided that she wasn't into the silly treasure hunt, so she made zero effort to participate and more or less recruited some of the other girls to do the same. Words were exchanged, ultimately ending with Kristen calling Heather bossypants and then storming off from the group in classic Housewife-style.
Will they make up? Who knows! But from the looks of next week's episode, it certainly doesn't look that way. These ladies need to get the heck out of gorgeous, sprawling Montana and get back on the tiny, cramped island of New York City. Fresh air and open spaces clearly don't suit them.
Did you think Heather was being rude during geocaching?
