Last night in reality TV land, all The Real Housewives of Orange County had child issues. Well, except for Shannon Beador and Heather Dubrow, who were simply being childish. In today's exclusive episode below, I dish my predictions for what the future holds for the Orange County ladies and who might be on the chopping block!
We've also got a BRAND NEW series to play with, the Ladies of London. Watch the video to see WHY it might just be better than The Real Housewives of New York City. Those are big stilettos to fill, but I'll give you my reasons!
With three long-time cast members, including one original, Orange County is becoming expensive to produce, which executives don't like to hear. That might mean it's time to lose a high-salary cast member. So ... who is in danger do you think? Heather? Or perhaps Vicki Gunvalson? I give you behind-the-scenes dish as to who I think is on the chopping block, and who had better bring it or risk being fired.
Shannon continues to be the best newbie of the season, which means Heather had better find a way to get along with her ... or else. I discuss why the problem might be personality-driven, and how producers use that to their advantage when filming.
And ... drumroll ... for those of you missing the first few seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City, I'll give you my top reasons why I think Ladies of London might fill the void. Produced by Adjacent Productions, a reality division of the BBC, it really reminds me of what Manhattan Moms was supposed to be, with a heavy helping of snark and back-stabbing. Yet ... not so toxic. Not yet, anyway. In today's video, I detail the cast members, where they come from, and WHY they might agree to do such a thing as a reality show. Who will come out on top ... the Brits or the Yanks?
