Over the past few months, Khloe Kardashian has undergone a total body transformation. She really is looking slimmer and better than she has in years.
And while she does have things like personal trainers and nutritionists, not to mention a whole lot of extra time on her hands to make her figure a top priority, it's obvious that she's discovered some sort of weight loss secret that the rest of us are just dying to know.
Luckily for us, Khloe has finally shared her winning method to getting thin. It's actually a whole lot easier than we ever imagined.
She posted this photo to Instagram along with the caption, "I love this place! I hate not being consistent in the gym. Consistency is key when it comes to my body. Thank you Mr. Gym for being my therapy ... Mind, Body, and Soul."

I know, I know -- I was hoping she'd found some sort of magic pill or elixir too, but I guess we'll have to settle for a gym membership if we want to achieve similar results.
And honestly, she does have the best possible attitude when it comes to body image. Instead of focusing on being skinny, she's using her workouts as a means of maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle, which is helping relieve stress just as much as it's making her look like a million bucks.
