Kailyn Lowry’s Latest Photo Shows She’s Pushing Herself Too Hard

Kailyn LowryKailyn Lowry has gotten really serious about slimming down recently. The Teen Mom 2 star is pushing her body to the limit. She recently started Focus T25, which is like a super-condensed "power" session of exercise brought to you by the creators of Insanity. And it looks like she's been pushing herself with cardio, burning up to 700 calories in an hour.

Given the latest pic she shared post-workout on Thursday, the reality star is really being way too hard on herself both physically and mentally. She posted her exercise time and calories burned, alongside a selfie, and holy moly does she look wiped.

Does she looks exhausted or what? Poor girl! But even more than looking like someone wiped the floor with her beautiful face is her comment ... "Something is better than nothing"? Chickadee, burning over 300 calories in less than 30 minutes is an accomplishment you should be proud of.

Kail shouldn't be pushing her body so hard with everything she's got going on. She's touring for her book Pride Over Pity; plus, she's a full-time mom to two gorgeous little boys, one of whom is only 6 months old and still nursing.

Getting in shape is great, but Kail should be careful she doesn't burn herself out. She's already lovely, inside and out, and doesn't need to stress about calories burned or shortened workouts at this point in her life.

Keep up the exercise Kail, moving is good for your body. Just make sure you're not obsessing over it.
