Move over, Teresa and Joe Giudice, it looks like the "we're probably going to jail for fraud" spotlight is off of you and onto another Real Housewives cast member -- for today at least.
Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks may be looking at temporary single motherhood for a while, because her hubs Apollo Nida has pleaded guilty to a massive money fraud scheme on Tuesday. He allegedly laundered more than $2.3 million using more than 50 stolen identities!
Holy moly! That isn't exactly small potatoes we're talking about. The 35-year-old reality star was questioned by the US Attorney's office last year after he and his co-conspirators cashed stolen U.S. Treasury checks as well as checks from the Delta Airlines pension fund. They used those stolen identities to wash the money clean.

According to the Feds, Nida also filed fake tax returns and obtained bank loans against cars he didn't own. He also is accused of making fraudulent claims against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in at least 11 states.
Nida pled guilty Tuesday to "conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud," after one of his partners in crime, Gayla St. Julien identified his involvement after being arrested in September 2013. Apparently there's no honor among thieves.
He won't be sentenced until July, but faces up to 30 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines after restitution.
Are you surprised Apollo pleaded guilty?
