Leah Calvert Is Playing With Fire by Putting Her Trust in Her Ex

Leah & Jeremy Calvert

Ughhhh! She finally seems to be getting on with the next chapter in her life, so why in the heck is Leah (Messer) Calvert talking to Corey Simms about the problems she's having with Jeremy?

On last night's episode of Teen Mom 2, she decided to confide in Corey after dropping off their twins. She told him how Jeremy took a job that will require him to be away from the family and did not tell her about it -- to which Corey had no idea how to react without sticking his nose into business that really isn't his.

I know Leah was probably just feeling emotional about the whole deal and couldn't resist mentioning it to Corey. Still -- the last person you should turn to when you're having marital problems is your ex-husband, for crying out loud!

Um, their marriage didn't work out for a reason -- so why on earth would she think he'd have any useful advice to offer her about the obstacles she and Jeremy are running into?

Hopefully this was just a one-time deal and Leah will avoid discussing private matters (other than stuff involving the kids) with Corey from here on out; otherwise, she may inadvertently create more problems with Jeremy than she already has. (And I'm sure nobody wants that, least of all Leah.)

Would you ever confide in an ex about your marriage?

She wants to have her cake and eat it to, she keeps trying to keep Cory on her "poor me" aka the plan b. She wants to do what makes her happy and that's making sure both men still want her and give her what she wants which is financial support and an ego stroke! Be happy that ur ex stood up and is man enough to take care of his kids and be happy that u found another one that let's u sit at home or go shop whenever and buy whatever and works his ass off to be sure u can maintain your "oh poor little princess" lifestyle!

Hell no, my ex husband is the last person I would ever confide ANYTHING to. It is just WRONG that she would confide in Corey. She is such a whore.

Leah complained that while Jeremy is away he does not call her at all. I do not know if it is because she will complain that he is not home and he does not want to hear it or he is just not calling because he is lazy about it. If it is because he is being lazy about it, maybe if he started calling her she'd calm down a bit.

Can we get through an entire day w/out hearing about Kim K or someone from Teen Mom here on the Stir? Every day I get an email and it always has that crap in it...

I can understand where Leah is coming from, when she says she is lonely and wants her husband at home with her and the kids to get help with them and have him get another job close by, but Jeremy did have a point when he said she knew what she was getting into before getting married.

He's not just her ex-husband tho. They share two children together, and he does have the right to know what's going on in her life (and vice versa) if it's going to impact their kid's lives as well. It definitely does involve the children.

Em Leah wasn't informing Corey about what was happening with his kids she was looking for comfort and that was wrong. She married Jeremy because Corey wouldn't commit the way she wanted him to and now that Jeremy is not doing what she wants she's looking for other options. The best thing Corey ever did was move on and marry someone else because that would be a crazy triangle with Leah popping out Jeremy then Corey babies as she went back and forth.
